PMEWS was founded in 1933 by Sir Adamjee Haji Dawood and reestablished in Pakistan in 1953 to promote education and welfare. It has supported thousands of deserving students through financial assistance, helping them build successful professional careers.
We draw our vision from Quaid-i-Azam’s speech delivered on 27th November, 1947 at Karachi where he condemned “education for sake of education” and emphasized on “Education for sake of Character-building”.
